Shipping from our London studio
Each TheUrbanite piece is prepared with care. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after purchase, unless a different lead time is shown on the product page. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Dispatch time is separate from delivery time.
United Kingdom
- Royal Mail UK Standard — £3.95: estimated delivery 3–5 working days after dispatch for orders below £50.
- Free UK Standard delivery: available on qualifying UK orders of £50 or more.
- UK Express — £10.00: estimated delivery 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Express shipping speeds up delivery after dispatch; it does not guarantee next-day arrival or shorten the usual order-preparation time. Available rates and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.
International shipping
- Europe: from £16.00 for eligible destinations.
- United States: from £25.00.
- Other supported international destinations: from £20.00.
International delivery is generally estimated at 10–15 working days after dispatch; some areas may take longer due to customs, remote locations, local delivery networks or peak periods. We can only send orders to countries and regions available in our checkout. International shipping rates are confirmed at checkout.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may incur import VAT, customs duties or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout clearly states that these have been collected, the recipient may need to pay these charges on import.
Tracking and delivery questions
Where your delivery service includes tracking, tracking details will be shared when available. Delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. If a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
